GymiRun Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to GymiRun, an iOS-first running and running-club application developed by Erim Şengezer. By using GymiRun, you agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

1. Use of the App

GymiRun provides running activity tracking, club-related features, event-related features, and community tools. You agree to use GymiRun only for lawful, safe, and respectful purposes.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information you provide.
• Your account activity.
• Your behavior in clubs, events, and community features.
• Using the app in a way that does not harm other users, communities, or systems.

3. Running, Health, and Safety

Running and outdoor activity involve physical risks. GymiRun is not medical advice, fitness coaching, emergency assistance, or a substitute for professional health guidance.

You are responsible for your own health, safety, route choices, traffic awareness, weather conditions, and compliance with local laws and rules. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified professional before using GymiRun for physical activity.

4. GPS, Location, and Accuracy

GymiRun may use GPS and device sensors to estimate distance, pace, duration, and route information. GPS and sensor data may be inaccurate due to device limitations, signal issues, weather, buildings, tunnels, or other conditions. GymiRun does not guarantee perfect accuracy.

5. Clubs, Events, and Community Conduct

GymiRun may allow users to apply to clubs, join events, and interact with community features. Club administrators or organizers may approve, reject, or remove users according to community rules and safety expectations.

Harassment, spam, abuse, unsafe behavior, impersonation, or misuse of club features may result in account restrictions, removal from clubs, or account termination.

6. Account Suspension or Removal

We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts or content if we believe the app is being misused, legal requirements are violated, or community safety is at risk.

7. Subscriptions and Paid Features

GymiRun may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or early supporter plans in the future. If paid features are offered, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules will follow the applicable platform policies, including Apple App Store rules where relevant.

8. Intellectual Property

GymiRun, its name, design, app experience, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the developer. You may not copy, reverse engineer, misuse, or commercially exploit GymiRun without permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Third-Party Services

GymiRun may rely on third-party services for authentication, backend infrastructure, analytics, diagnostics, and platform features. These third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

10. No Warranty

GymiRun is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, perfect GPS accuracy, or availability of all features at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GymiRun and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as GymiRun evolves. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when this version became effective.
